The relationship between rider and trainer is such a unique and complex one. First of all, it has to be built on a foundation of total trust... secondly, it has to be one that builds your confidence and if you are lucky enough, you might actually laugh and have some fun and become friends. That’s a lot to ask of one relationship and I feel so blessed to have all of that and the privilege to not only call Susie Banas my trainer, but also, my dear friend.
